Balance to be paid prior to arrival, or on arrival before occupation. Card facility available.
If booking is cancelled within 72 hours of arrival time or fail to show as arranged, the 25% deposit is non refundable. 

This is short term let, no long term lodger or tennant.
An overnight stay - Arrival from 1400- depart by 1000 next
day.
Arrival/Departure timing apply relative to the period booked.

COST 2025
Overnight cost £60 per week day Mon to Thurs night, £70 Friday/Saturday/Sunday per night. 
Daytime Hire (subject to availability) (10.30 am-2.30 pm) £50.

Prices will slightly increase for 2026 these are to be confirmed.
For direct lets pricing can be flexible to suit.

Letting fees are subject review but any bookings agreed will not be subject to a variation after.

Catering for 1 or 2 persons, but sorry No Pets.
Close proximity to the Castleman Trail, Ferndown/West Moors Plantations, Moors Valley & short journey to the New Forest, Purbecks Bournemouth/Poole and the local beaches.
Ideal if someone requires private use, visiting area/friends/relatives, or short term in the area re a course etc.
Not available for medium/long term let.

Although it was on the side of the house it was still private with our own garden too. The hosts went above and beyond for us and were incredibly polite and friendly.
